How to use the portal in ordinary weeks.

When you open the portal

  1. Check Home for anything awaiting your action (approvals, requests, unpaid invoices).
  2. Read new Messages.
  3. Glance at Calendar for the next two weeks.
  4. Upload anything your attorney asked for under Evidence / Send files.

Common weekly tasks

Answer your lawyer Messages → compose → send
Send a screenshot or PDF Upload / Evidence → describe → submit
Sign off on a document Approvals → review → Approve or Request changes
See what was shared Documents
Check a hearing date Calendar
Pay a bill Invoices & billing → Pay (if shown)

Mobile

On phones, the portal uses a compact tab bar (Home, Messages, quick add, Documents, More). The + action is the fastest way to send evidence or start a message.

Notifications

Use Notifications on Home (and email, if enabled) so you do not miss approvals or requests. Adjust preferences under Profile / Settings so you are not overwhelmed.
