How to use the portal in ordinary weeks.
When you open the portal
- Check Home for anything awaiting your action (approvals, requests, unpaid invoices).
- Read new Messages.
- Glance at Calendar for the next two weeks.
- Upload anything your attorney asked for under Evidence / Send files.
Common weekly tasks

Mobile
On phones, the portal uses a compact tab bar (Home, Messages, quick add, Documents, More). The + action is the fastest way to send evidence or start a message.
Notifications
Use Notifications on Home (and email, if enabled) so you do not miss approvals or requests. Adjust preferences under Profile / Settings so you are not overwhelmed.
What you will not do in the portal
- You cannot open other clients’ matters.
- You cannot run the firm’s Admin Console.
- You cannot finalize AI legal work for the firm — attorneys review firm-side drafts.
- Court filing is handled by your legal team.
