Settings
Manage your profile, login, and notification preferences. Available from the attorney workspace Settings and from the client portal Profile (labels vary slightly).
Profile
Update your name, contact details, and preferred contact method. Keeping email and phone current makes sure case updates reach you.
Notifications
Choose how you want to be notified about activity — documents, messages, events, invoices. Turn categories on or off so you only hear about what matters.
Login & security
- Change your password from the security area.
- If your firm uses single sign-on (Google or Microsoft), manage that from your identity provider.
- Review recent account / session activity to confirm it was you.
- Sign out on shared devices.
Firm admins
Firm-wide settings (team, billing plan, portal capabilities) live in the Admin Console, not only in personal Settings. See Firm admin operating.
