Where is the Admin Console?

I only see the attorney workspace. Why?

Your account may not have firm administrator privileges. Ask the current firm admin or FamilyCase support to grant firm admin for your firm.

Is Admin Console the same as FamilyCase platform operations?

No. Admin Console manages your firm only (team, billing, modules, portal). Broader FamilyCase platform operations are out of scope for firm admins.

How do I invite staff?

Team & roles → add user → they complete the setup-link password flow → confirm sign-in.

How do I invite clients?

Attorneys invite from the workspace after the matter exists. You configure what clients can do under Client portal.

Can I turn off billing or trust for now?

Yes — use Module Settings (Billing, Trust & Payments). Confirm with your team before disabling something mid-engagement.

Why can’t we write IOLTA adjustments?

Some trust write paths are restricted for safety. Contact support@familycase.ai with your firm name rather than trying workarounds.

Where do I manage the Stripe subscription?

Billing & plan in Admin Console (customer portal link when enabled).

A module change broke a workflow.

Check Audit log for recent module changes, revert the change, and notify attorneys. Email support if you cannot revert.
